Why am I seeing ‘Withdrawals on Hold’? / How can I access my funds if my withdrawals are on Hold?

Your withdrawals can be “On Hold” due to the following reasons 

  • Your Amazon seller account is disconnected 

  • You have overdue repayments 

  • Your Razorpay current account is not activated as Amazon settlements account
