What do you need to do?

API Payouts and API Payout Links

These will stop working temporarily on ICICI Current Account linked to RazorpayX unless you make the mentioned changes.

You can use RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier, instead of ICICI Bank Current account to continue as usual.

Step 1 - Add Funds to RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier from your ICICI Current Account. Watch this video for a demo.

Step 2 - Update your APIs with RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier. It is a one-time update only. Refer this page to understand how to update your APIs.

Bulk Payouts, Payout Links

These will stop working temporarily on ICICI Current Account linked to RazorpayX unless you make the mentioned changes.

You can use RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier, instead of ICICI Bank Current account to continue as usual.

Step 1 - Add Funds to RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier from your ICICI Current Account. Watch this video for a demo.

Step 2 - Use RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier

• Bulk Payouts: Update the bulk sheet with RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier instead of ICICI Bank Current Account.

• Payout Links: Select RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier while creating Payout Links.

Dashboard based Single Payouts

These will require a final approval from the owner account on RazorpayX.

The account owner must enter the OTP - sent to their registered phone number - on the RazorpayX dashboard for completing the payout. The OTP will come from XX-ICICIB. 

You can also download the RazorpayX mobile app to approve payouts, from anywhere, anytime.

Auto-TDS Payments

Effective today, auto-TDS will not be available on ICICI Current account.

Going forward you will now have to make TDS payments via 

• RazorpayX Dashboard - Refer to this link to know how. Or 

• Set up auto-TDS deduction from your RazorpayX Lite's Customer Identifier by loading funds in it from your ICICI Current Account.
